hi, i've just set up a website and do not intent to get traffic from organic search engine result, i am hoping to get traffic from social bookmarking sites such as twitter and facebook mainly, video sharing sites such as youtube, since it's a video blog which i would post videos up on daily basis, where do you think i could get more traffic from? any suggestion would be highly appreciated, thanks in advance!

maybe post your videos on youtube, and title them correctly... make the video multi-part, and people will want to visit your site to view the part they didn't get to see on youtube.

The best way to do it is to get links from other websites. More people see your site and they may then talk about it on twitter/facebook and then more people will see and they'll talk about it... etc.
As others have said, posting videos on youtube and other video sharing websites with a good title and description (with your websites url) is a good idea.
Also you can try social bookmarking sites like reddit, digg etc. They can give you loads of traffic too.
