I agree with Greg . Wtever he said is right.If you see his fielding, catching, batting, running between the wickets, bowling. EVERYTHING has gone DOWN. He just seem to do politics in cricket more then the captancy.
Most sucessfull captain? MY FOOT!!. Team is ranked at 7th place in ICC Rating, only won a test series outside continent in 17 years. We lose every final we get in .Sourav is not committed enough to indian cricket to stay as captain, and only reason he has managed to stay is because of Mr. Dalmiya.
and yes he uses imaginery injuries as excuse.
Not very long in home test series v/s aussies he was compaining about the seeming pitch then made execuse of his injury, Physio clearly said he has no injury. then he wanted to go to home and rest, wasn't fit to stay in dressing room even. So he goes back to home. but whats funny comes back to same city next day . why? to shoot a film ad.
I have lot of repsect for John Wirght but he has done indian cricket no good by hiding all the points greg has pointed out. I'd rather want to see committed but less skilled player in team then non committed skilled player and wait Sourav has no skills left either. He was known for his off side play but now teams get him easily in slips and gully's.
