Yeah, I heard about this before but I don't really like installing ActiveXs or Plugins, I don't have that much trust in them, even if they're from trusted developers. I guess if I tried Battlefield Heroes (wich requires a Firefox plugin) I won't die if I try QuakeLive. Thanks for getting it back into memory!
This is really cool. It's actually made by id Software, and not some random person on the net. I am definitely book marking this for a later time...When I am surrounded by a sea of boredom with no escape, except Quake Live. Woot!
Is this made in flash? Cause I played a Unreal Tournament version quite some time ago and it really surprised me at how advanced Flash can be utilized. It almost play like a perfect first person shooter with awesome looking textures for a flash game. Technology is just amazing.
That is awesome! I've always been a big fan of quake ever since my father introduced me to Quake 1 in the mid 90's.
My favorite is Quake II, which I still play regularly!
I joined a few days back on Quake Live. I found out about it on Channel 5's Gadget Show. It was recommended on there.
Wow! that's really great stuff man! thanks for posting that!
Still prefer Q3 with CPMA mod Pure Q3 is too slow
