PHP and CGI

eudbase
Hey, I have a question about CGI... There are many useful CGI out there in the internet. If I need to use them from my own site. Is it possible to send the data to the CGI sites (using form GET or POST tag) and then retrieve back the results in HTML source code (for the CGI program website) to get parsed by my own PHP scripts? With that I can have my own formatting of the CGI program output in my own site. Is it possible to do that? How? I mean the getting HTML source code of the CGI output part. Any suggestions is highly appreciated. Thanks.

You can make such requests with cURL. http://nl3.php.net/manual/en/ref.curl.php
Be careful though. Sounds like you might be violating some terms of service somewhere. Most sites don't want you harvesting their stuff.
