What is the simplest Content Management System you know. I want to use it to help a person make a commercial web site that sells Home Brew Bear.

There is a website Open Source CMS demo, where you can see and try before installing free CMS, and see reviews from users who already tried them. They point on a hidden problems and features that are not obvious from the first glance.

You asked for a simplest: see Light CMS in menu on the left.
The list shown could be sorted by user rating, best to worst. Only I'm not sure if they provide selling features.

If not, then check the eCommerce CMS in the menu on the left. Again, sort best to worst, and see if they provide what you are looking for.
