Does anyone know a good cheap and/or free software that allows you to combine PDF files into mulitple pages or split them apart. Adobe Acrobat is just too expensive. Thanks!

You can try this website to merge the pdf's although it has some limitations but still it can come in handy some times.
Qprinter Bookmarker allow to do this. And it's free.
