AdSense sign up troubles - Using blogger

I have a blogger account which I want to ad an adsense account to.

I click and it says my account has been disabled. I didnt even know I had an account to be disabled with adsense.

Can I enable my account (if so, how?) or has it been disabled for a reason I must rectify first...

Is there someone I can contact within AdSense to get this sorted?

Your adsense account would have been disabled due to click fraud, or a few other reasons. If you can't remember ever enabling it, you may try to appeal (read the FAQ here: https://www.google.com/adsense/support/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=57153#q1 ). If you don't get any response you could also try to start a new adsense account, and then add it to your existing blog.

If you really never had a AdSense account then contact AdSense support and explain your problem. They will check about the disabled account and from where people loged into it etc and sort it out.
