TrekPay not against Adsense TOS?

Hi,

I found a Pay to Surf site Trekpay. It claims that is is not against Adsense and does not register itself on referrer when users visit site through trekpay. I'm still hesitating, should it be used or is it risky since Adsense does not allow to show sites this way.

Looking for your sugestions.

This is only for webmasters whose website applied adsense or other advertisements.

Its been few days I'm using trekpay and trekadvertising. I realized a few differences and wish to share to discuss here:

After renewing my psexam I had left 7$ in my paypal account. I thought of spending this money on online advertising. It had been some months I used trekpay (pay to surff site) which had another aspect trekadvertising (advertising for webmasters). I was surfing 5 to 10 sites a day and collected around $0.5 on trekpay and now decided to spend $5 on trekadvertising.

I purchased 100 visits to my site. I had to purchase for psexam.com itself but (I don't know why, I might have been more greedy) I purchased for howiearned.com (parked domain name)

Result: it did not take more than 15 minutes to spend those 100 visits. Next morning I checked my adsense account, there was 170 visits (70 should be the regular type of visits) and 7 clicks (regular clicks are hardly any) resulting $7 earning in adsense. Now I think if I had purchased visits for psexam or ictTrends it would have been much better because those are the sites with contents. Anyway, $2 was profit for the day.

I indent to make still another experiment, but I don't have money on my paypal, so, needs to wait some time.

You might be wondering if this is safe to work with adsense! I just tried to believe what they said. The visits would become direct (not referal visits i.e. the referer header is not sent). Visits are from different IP Addresses (the list of 100 ips was sent to me).

How this works? (their version what I believed)
trekpay is a search engine that displays not the results from content but from advertisements. The pages with related ads are displayed so when you click the search results you'll find suitable ads. More chances of ads being clicked. (but I found 7% only because I purchased 100 visits and 7 clicks fall on my site - not less still). So trekpay members will surff or search and find your page with the ads they searched. Not Bad Idea. When they click the link they earn credits and website owner get money.
