I'm planning to make some minor changes, but I don't know where to start.
Please help out by taking a look at the site, and point out things you don't like.
Thanks!

Oh yeah, I know there aren't any metatags, and the images do not have a attributes. I just wanna know if there needs to be any design changes.
This is just what I would do, don't take it too personally.
Make the "Find your Book" text Solid white
Visually center the "UC book finder" text and logo
The orange background in the logo is not symmetrical, go with the darker orange.
The patterned background sample is too small, You can see it repeat every 20 or so pixels.
A feature suggestion: Make a "You saved $X.xx, that is X number of beers" dialog after they go on to buy the cheaper book. It could be "X Number of Ramen" or something more innocuous.
Looks good. I might actually use this in the future.
Cool design, although the lack of a page title is very strange.
There are also a few bugs in Safari, a few of the images are placed funny.
And perhaps word this part differently:
"Save $$$$ = More Parties."
I understand what it is saying, but it is saying it in a strange way.
Maybe "Saved $$$$ = More Parties."
Good design overall though!
Yeah, there are some verbal mistakes (I've been working pretty much every hour since summer started). I guess a combination of smoking and stress is degrading my abilities to communicate.
Hopefully nothing too serious :O
But thank you guys so much for the input! To be honest, I know the site doesn't look awesome, but I'm trying to figure out why.

You know what, that isn't a bad idea at all. Don't worry about me taking anything personally. I'm not the kind of person that would take criticism very well (I get really insulted, even when someone is providing good advice), but I'm learning how to put my pride aside in order to develop better sites.
It's hard to graphically design sites because I'm naturally a software developer, but I'm getting better lol.

What version of Safari are you using? What OS?
Thanks for the suggestions btw!

I'm using the latest version of Safari on Mac OS X 10.5.7.
And the images I am talking about are

I think I'm gonna move the logo, and make it smaller. I don't know why I wanted the logo to bleed over the search bar...
I like the color scheme and layout overall. Well Done.

Thank you! BTW, I'm going to fully market this using CPC/CPM and guerrilla marketing tactics. If this goes well, I would like to outreach other universities. If anyone is interested in making a bookfinder site, just keep in touch
