Hi, I would like to have css-html template for a static website that will look like one of the listed below php-templates for Joomla or WordPress:
Preferred is Greebled Surrealism for Joomla,
The second choice is Revolt for WordPress.
Whatever is easier.
My conditions:
1. You are not listed as bad member of marketplace in the sticky thread "Avoid being scammed".
2. All communications will be in this thread, without PM.
3. Template should be ready within 1 month, preferably less, if possible.
4. Show example of what you can do (link) and
4b link that will be displayed at the bottom of future template. Sorry, but I have to check that before we proceed.
If we agreed,
5. You have to show me 1/3 of the result in html/css (top or bottom 1/3, visible in browser) before payment. I'll evaluate quality (without comments, but I don't need crude template), if good, I'll pay Fri$600 and you'll deliver the whole template.
So, it is Fri$600 from me and a looking alike template from you.
Note that this is Creative Commons License, so your work also will be free to use, with link to your website.
Details:
Website will consist from categorized articles, text with few images. No bells and whistles (complicated embellishments or functions) are required. But I don't like contracting-expanding menu and square tabs on the top. Template should use minimal amount of images, just to give impression what original template gives, I mean not to have the full page background image. No scripts that I will not understand (JavaScript, for example).

My apologies if not, but this what I have and require.
Another offer: if you know where to find the ready made free css-html template (not requiring installation of CMS) that gives similar impression of oddity, but tasteful and clear minded, I'll pay Fri$50 for this.
