Windows Vista Memory Leak Problem while Netowrk copying

I hope All you Vista People have notived this.

Damn Vista Cant Copy large files (ex about 4-5 GBs or more) over a LAN Surprised

IT goes idle after several mins Sad

I can see this problem everywhere but no answer Surprised

I mean How the hell that Microsoft thinks that they can get away with these kind of bugs on basic needs?

After even their SP2 this problem persists.

Anyone know a solution ???

your network must be very bad.

i have no problem at all copying 40G or 50G from vista to vista, in large scale network (class A IP with hundreds of PC, different subnet, through few gateway, but all local).

if you can't copy beyond 4G, check your partition format, it could be FAT32.

you can also use programs like TeraCopy (http://www.codesector.com/teracopy.php) to help solve your problem.

there is no such problem reported anyhere else. Something might be wrong with your network. check your data transfers with a good firewall like comodo.
