Does anyone know of any freeware or shareware programs out there that I can program to automatically start another program at a given time? Sort of like an alarm clock but instead of setting off an alarm at a given time I would like it to start a program at a certain time. Does this exist?

You can do this with the built in features in XP or Vista. It is called "Scheduled Tasks" in the former and "Task Scheduler" in the latter. Go to start>All programs>Accessories>System Tools>Scheduled Tasks and it should pop up.
Or drag program shortcut to Start->Autroun.
Autorun only starts them when you start your computer though or so I thought?
