Where to find CSS templates like WP Rebel or Joomla Surreali

I'm asking just in case if you know where to find html/css template similar to either WordPress's Rebel (bare feet and head as footer and header) or Joomla's Greebled Surrealism (distorted cityscape and eyeball watching all of this).

I finished browsing the best known free css templates sites and didn't find anything yet.
Could be that they don't exist, I understand this perfectly, but thought that it wouldn't hurt to ask Smile

They are both free to get, so why don't you just download them?

Downloaded. If you know how to use php templates as css/xhtml templates (without php- and extensive css knowledge), pray tell Laughing

This will be static css/html website, no Joomla, WordPress or any other scripts: I'm not ready to keep php site secure.
But using ready made css/html templates is within my reach.

I will learn php sites administration later, when I have time, but not now - have my hands full.

I just posted request on conversion or finding me the ready made free template on Marketplace, maybe this will help.
