Domain names are cheap, why would you spend hours working on a free one. If you are underage get someone of age to buy your domain for you!
Another tips:
1. Use free subdomain for first time
2. Keep tweaking and updating ur site
3. After long enough, ask ppl in ur site to donate.Im sure that they WILL donate, if you're seriously working with your site.
