Glass of milk, diluted fruit juices (in moderation as they are usually full of sugar), water or flavoured water, maybe lemon or orange cordial mixed with water.

There are many different juice makers out there that produce pure juice right from the fruit, no additives. If you buy some of the "organic" fruits, no pesticides either.
I think it is fresh juice!
water is the healthiest, and juices are great for the extra vitamins. No soda, that is the worst thing anyone can give children, everyone knows that children becomes hyper from sugar, and all those chemicals are not great for the body, and to much can give diabetic.

They probably don't need some fancy health drink. Milk, water, and real juices like OJ, apple, etc. are great. Soft drinks should be very limited. Also, children should eat balanced meals.
