There are many different juice makers out there that produce pure juice right from the fruit, no additives. If you buy some of the "organic" fruits, no pesticides either. Smile

water is the healthiest, and juices are great for the extra vitamins. No soda, that is the worst thing anyone can give children, everyone knows that children becomes hyper from sugar, and all those chemicals are not great for the body, and to much can give diabetic.

I always give water, milk and juice, tea is good to.

They probably don't need some fancy health drink. Milk, water, and real juices like OJ, apple, etc. are great. Soft drinks should be very limited. Also, children should eat balanced meals.

Right, it is better to have the soft drinks with or after a meal, than on an empty stomach. If it is consumed on an empty stomach it is bound to have a negative affect on blood sugar levels.
