Can somebody tell me difference between X3 8450 and X3 8450B Question

No differences between the two when talking about the processors themselves. What the "B" means is that it's an AMD Business Class processor. This just means that it's guaranteed to stay available on the market for 24 months, longer than the normal X3 8450. To the normal consumer, this makes no real difference since they are the same chip.
