The government must upgrade its economy forecast. They must B.S. us into thinking that so we will spend money in order to get the economy moving.
Having said that, it is NOT getting better in the MidWest area. Most of my business is coming from overseas. Still does not allow me to draw a paycheck, bills then employees.

If you ask me, things will get a bit more worse in a couple of months before they get better for another year or so. after wihch another dip and after that things will pick up for another decade or so.
That's how I read it.
