Yes you can, but you'll have to register it first.
An example of a registrar is Register.com.
Go to Domain Administration.
Click on Add Domain.
Fill it all out.
You're done.

You can have unlimited domains on your hosting account at Frihost, the account we initially grant is a sub-domain off of one of the Frihost domains.
Keep in mind that no matter how many domains you own and place on your account, you can't exceed the 250mb storage limit on your account.
