How to reset Comodo Firewall settings?

Anyone knows how can I reset the Network Security Policy in Comodo Internet Security?
I used System Restore and now I can't connect to my local ftp or my telnet server.

All internet programs crash when started
How Spyware Works!!!
Is more then one firewall bad?
Which is the source of the problem???PLEASE HELP ME!!!
