Server 1, 2 and 3 not available for new users

This may seem like a stupid question, and I have searched it (no results)
But how come I can't pick server 1, 2 or 3, and can only pick server 4?

Is it because you have ran out space for them or something else?
I had my heart set on getting (domain).frih.org, not (domain).frihost.org
I suppose it doesn't matter though, but I was wondering why

The other 2 servers (server 2 accounts are currently on server 3, so those are the same) are indeed getting a bit full. And server 4 is currently almost empty (only a few accounts). And usually we only open one server at once anyway.

I know frihost.org is longer than frih.org, however you can get other short subdomain from http://freedns.afraid.org/ and use/host them here (or elsewhere).

I want my account to be available at school, so I can transfer assignments and the such, but I believe frihost is blocked while frih isn't. I'll try your suggestion, but can you post very simple steps for how to host it here? I am not very good at computers
