Am I able to create a temp website for tests and delete it?

Am I able to create a temp website for testing out my PHP skills and delete it after and get a new domain name? Or do I need to always keep the same domain name?

I'm sure that you can change it but I thought I'd just ask first, y'know... just incase!

You can change your website as much as you want. As long as you follow the rules, you can go from a blog to a forums to a news website all in a day (if you have that kind of time). =

As for the domain name (I assume you mean the sub domain (www.yada.frih.net)), then you can change it with the help of a Moderator in this forum. If you mean your own personal domain (www.yada.com), then that too is all up to you.
