I have a HP OfficeJet 7310 All-in-one printer that doesn't print color, it only print black and white. I already replace with new HP color cartridge, but it still not print in color. Anyone out there know how to fix this problem, please help me with this issue.

Do you have your printer set to use color?
When the print window comes up hit the Preferences button. Then the Paper/Quality tab and select Color. Remember to hit OK rather than just exiting the window.
Right now I just only use " black cartridge only mode" on my HP OfficeJet 7310 All-in-one printer. Because it only print black and white at this moment. I already tried to clean the cartridge, but it doesn't help.
