I bought a new domain www.tech-compass.com . Any ideas or suggestions relating to it?

domain name is good and meaningful though not short enough and contains a hyphen. It essentially depends how you develop the domain.
Well I don't think you can resell it or has a resell value but its not bad to develop. You can start a tech blog with it.
