I know what he is trying to say is that he read the topic on game creating and he has now got into making games himself. Also when he is talking about the 'Clown' there is an example with it with a clown sprite.

Gamemaker is an easy way of creating games, I've tried an older version of this before but wasn't satisfied, I think it is way much better if you create your own game engine from scratch.
