By Michael Pollan
Has anyone read this book? I just recently finished it and it completely opened my eyes to how our agricultural system actually operates. I never realized how much corn was in everything we ate, or the story behind organic and community based agriculture.
It's quite an interesting read and if you're at all interested in what you're putting in your mouth, I would recommend that you read this book. Also, In Defense of Food by Michael Pollan is good too.
