For installing wordpress you can use Fantatisco Installer, it installs wordpress in a second..

as far as your theme is concerned, the site you mentioned http://www.fashionpeal.com/, is a free theme, you can download it from
http://themes.rock-kitty.net/fashion-blogger/

Once u download the zip file...

Upload it and active it...
