how to make a web player

Hi everyone,
I want to know what software can help me to make a player which I can upload to my site and play my FLVs. I do not want to use Flash 8, it is expensive and it is difficult to use.
Any easy to use software can add my logo and link on my player? Or add a full screen button.

Macromedia Flash isn't the only way to create flash files

there are plenty of opensource alternatives.
one of them is http://osflash.org/.

you can use http://osflash.org/flashdevelop to create AS Files and http://osflash.org/projects/opendialect to create flash videos

that is the one I use on my sites (because it is extremely simple to config)
