This upcoming year I shall be attending a Computer forensics course. Anyone have any thoughts on this subject?

Look like it will be great course, I watch some new detective on TV and i love it.
I'm sure it will be an eye opener how fragile a persons privacy really is. Some of those temp files that MS Word and other programs create may live forever on a drive. The only way to erase a hard drive is with a belt sander, smash it with a hammer then throw the pieces off a bridge.
That sounds like an awesome course and certainly worthwhile. Computer forensics is huge and largely growing field. It's certainly an important field. Good luck with it!
I love all the forensic tv shows (I watch atleast 2 episodes a day... sometimes 4-6)
