I installed PHPList for a client on one server, and they noticed that all text messages they sent out arrived fine but that oftentimes HTML messages would arrive blank. I moved the installation to another server and am having the same problem. I've installed PHPList on a number of other sites and have never had this happen, so I don't think I'm totally incompetent. (I hope!) I've asked them for more details about which mail clients they saw blank messages in, etc. but they haven't given me anything. One possibility is that this has something to do with the fact that they send messages in Spanish and French, so there's lots of แcc่nt marks of all kinds. I changed the charset, but I don't think that'll help. Does anybody know why this might be happening? Thank you very much, Sandra
