What is the best way for me to link to a web page in this folder

1: http://udopage.com/business/index.php
2: http://udopage.com/business/
3: http://udopage.com/business
4: ../business

All methods work..

I just want to get my code as best as possible.

Option 1 or 2 is probably best. Wring your link without "/" at the end might work but it's better practice to write it out. You can also use /business/ ( ... href="/business/" ... ).
