I bought turbo jam bout 3 yrs ago.. only stayed committed to it for 2 weeks ( lack of time )
andd i noticed such a great deal of results! .. i lost 20 pounds within the 2 weeks ( inc. that i watched what i ate )
WORKOUT - 20 mins cardio
breafast: honey nut cheerios with 1% milk and activia yogurt
snack: fresh fruit
lunch: veggie sandwhich on whole GRAIN!! if the bread dont got grains.. it aint real !
dinner: chicken breast with veggies
WORKOUT- another 20 mins cardio or strength training
and i never ate past 6-7 ( mainly cuz i fell asleep)
im gonna get back on this !

this is my foolproof ab workout it works wonders if you have developed a small beer gut and need to get in shape in 30 days or less beware its not a froo froo workout you will feel the burn!!
start when you wake up and do 30 crunches. not much, just enough to get them prepped.
when you feel comfortable enough use this routine and it'll work.
this is completely my routine
- 90 twists
- sit on your ass and twist your upper body from side to side 90 times.
full stretches. see how far you can go.
- 50 crunches
- don't go all the way up. after each 25th hold it for 5 seconds in the crunch position
- 30 leg lifts
- lay on your back and extend your legs out.
raise them up 6 in off the ground and then bring them up into the air.
lower them but don't hit the ground. repeat.
- 30 frogs
- stand up and then crouch down as far as you can without falling.
and then stand up again. do it fast and you'll look like a frog.
- push ups
- do some pushups and be sure to keep your abs tight.
it gives them resistance to become chisled.
-50 twisting crunches
arms behind head left elbow to right knee vice versa
- when you're not doing anything, like your sitting around, flex.
just do it. it will confuse them into thinking every movement is a workout. it works =}
