is htttps, SSL, possible on frihost?
is there any other way i can make my password forms encrtypted?

my problem is that the passwords i'm using on my forms are going clear throught client server, and its possible to sniff them inside my network.

Frihost does not support SSL. You can read more information about it here.

you could encrypt them with javascript on the client. If you read up on encryption and especially this kind of encryption:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Key-agreement_protocol

You could write some javascript and php that could do something like https (kinda).

There might already be some stuff like that.

HTTPS (for a non-shared certificate anyways) requires a dedicated IP, which FRIHost does not provide.

For security, you could encrypt the password client-side on submit, and insert that into a hidden form variable. Some forum systems do this (for example, SMF does it). Take a look at eg. http://pajhome.org.uk/crypt/md5/auth.html for information on something like this.
