Looking for an email/attachment form script

Hey

I'm looking for a script (probably PHP? I don't know) that can be put on a single web-page to create a basic email form with an attachment box. A simple Google search can get me the email form, but it's the attachment thing that I'm not able to find. This is for my friend who happens to be a teacher, and she's looking for a way that her students can just visit this page and attach their assignments (Word docs, mostly) and submit them, which will deliver to her inbox. I have no clue if this is possible or how it would work, that's why I'm here.

Didn't know if this should go here or in the Marketplace, but if anyone wants to go for it, yay! The page will be hosted on my site here on Frihost, so I know that the file can't just go from a student's computer straight to her inbox...it has to get uploaded to the server first, then get sent, blah blah, right?

PS. Sorry if I've been stupidly vague in this post. I have no clue how to do it. That's why I'm asking here Smile

It's PHP, but has Marcuzzo said it does need to be on the server first, which will probably cause problems. Is this page going to be hosted by the school's website? If so, does it allow for PHP? I'd figure if she was able to get a website here then she'd be able to do it perfectly fine. Take a look at this page:
