Cant get Silverlight to install! on Visual Studio 2008

I am installing silverlight 2 beta tool for Visual Studio 2008 but cant get it to work properly .
I install using silverlight_chainer.exe, i can develop applications in Visual Studio but i cant open a silverlight enabled website .
I Dont have Visual Studio 2008 SP1
Please Help

You said you can program Silverlight applications in your Visual Studio 2008 but can't open any silverlight enabled websites from your browser. If that's the case, it sounds like your browser is just missing the Silverlight plug-in. Try downloading the Silverlight plug-in for your browser and see if that's just the problem.
