This story just shocked me. Apparently scientists have documented 95 cases of people born with multiple penises.

He's a chimera. The article says it's a case of Fetus en Fetu, which means he absorbed his twin in utero.
There have only been 90 documented case of this - it's very rare.
There was a man in India who unknowingly carried his twin in his belly for forty years - he thought it was a tumor, and so did the doctors until they did surgery to remove it.
That is kind of sick. But it's a rare thing, and it's not the baby's fault. Glad he got it removed though

That's pretty freaky, I wouldn't want to live my life knowing someone is inside me, and or I "absorbed" my siblings. O.oThat was really, really weird!!

That is deffinately disturbing, I really don't know what to say about it. However, if it hadn't been removed it would have made for some interesting slow dancing later in life.
I wonder whether that was not the appendage of a twin that never got fully developed. If this is the case, the surgery won't help. Where I live, there was this strange case in the sixties when a man began to grow a large stomach. When it was diagnosed, doctors found out a fully developed human being inside his body. The doctors surgically removed it. They explained that it was a twin that was somehow absorbed in the sibling's body. If this is the case of that baby, then when he grows up, other parts of the twin may show up.

I'm sure that's the strange fantasy of somebody somewhere.I can't open the website .
The big question here is that physiologically, when he would grow up and if this second penis was not removed, would it function like a genital. I am not sure if it has testicles and other glands at the back and if it can eject semen but the neuro system may still be active providing the same sensual response and control as the original organ. I think it worths a study atleast.
disturbing to say the least.. gotta hate it when the genetics get messed up..

Er.. theoritically it must be possible. Don't know if any real case has been reported or not.
On a lighter note, it would make an interesting situation if someone with 2 penises meet someone with 2 vaginas!! 
Wow. I feel sorry for this poor child. Even growing up with kids knowing you HAD a second penis on your back could get you ridiculed by other kids.
As much as I hate to say it, I was sort of wondering if it would function like an ordinary first and only penis. Though I wish no one on this Earth was cursed with genetic disorders, I do think it would be an interesting field of science to get into.

95 cases of this? that is a lot more than I would've thought! I mean it is still extremely rare considering about 6 billion people on the face of the earth, but still.

that is still extremely rare i would say!! 
Yea, that's pretty rare, hopefully he fully recovered. It's very strange that these types of birth defects happen.

That's really disturbing, though it will never be the fault of the baby himself. Absorbed a twin is so scary... How about 2 brains? It would make him a genius!
