Yes we offer ftp and most file types are allowed as long as they don't end in .mp3. 
i tjink frihost is the best, i m planning to buy my own space but somebdy overclicked my adsense and now the account stands suspended. Anyways, Frihost simply rox.

They're especially good at getting out of paying the owners of websites that they advertise on. If you get google ads on your site, they can decide, at any time, to cancel your benefits, and not pay you, after you get them their revenue.
