Does anyone know where (if you still can) get a free .info domain?
You used to be able to get tons of free .info domains all over the shop.
Now, I cant find any.
I think the .INFO domains should not be free now .
Free domains are long gone. I think we already had a discussin on this topic.. Please search the forum.
.info domains were given free as part of an promotion...
For 1 .com domain bought one .info was given..that was last november I think.

Just hard to find, I would guess.
Companies give away .info because they arn't selling aswell as .com or .net so, they probably give them away in hope that you renew it.
You can get cheap .info domains from http://www.999webmasters.com/. They're only US$1.99 at 999webmasters. I think US$1.99 is the cheapest you'll find them. The free .info promotions were meant to end in November 2004 (although some ran to the end of the year)

You could actually get free .info domains without buying anything. There was no catch. It was a promotion to make .info domains more popular, but some of the providers implemeted high renewal fees (whereas some companies like domaindiscount24 actually reducted the renewal fees if you bought a free .info domain) i see thats why my free DNS .info was gone?.... now i know i should set up a new one 
I had a .info for free , well 2 in fact without buying anything last year but now they charging. The renewal fee is higher than the initial years registration fees as well!

Shortest post ever for him.the only way to get one free is to post in forums otherwise you'll have to purchase it

but I doesn't work now
why want a info domain ,if anyone have a free domain ,i will happy ,haha ,but it is hard to find the free domian now,
