I once heard that way back about 600 years ago in Europe, it wasn't considered a serious crime to kill a traveling musician. Since I can't remember where I heard it, and am too lazy to research it right now, I'm just going to assume it's true(because I sooo want it to be), and run with it.
It would make sense, being as most musicians we know of back then were really damn good at what they did. As to avoid death while on tour, I imagine.
So here is my question.
If this rule applied today, which musical act would you most like to see get clubbed by a group of dirty highwaymen? Who would be most deserving of this lapse in law enforcement policy?
And which musical act do you think would never have to worry?
Here are my picks:
DEATH
Frankly, I think Jack White and his 'drummer'/ex-wife would disappear pretty quick.
NO DEATH
It's a toss up for me, between Pink Floyd and TooL.
Anyhow, I was bored and this seemed like a fun way to check out peoples' musical tastes.
Cheers!
