Firefox extensions

Hello folks,
Without further a due, here's my problem:
I'm trying to develop a FireFox3 extension that would have to repeat certain tasks on a website (refreshing, inputting data, etc), something like a bot.
The problem is that everything is timebased and needs to be done at a specific moment in time.
While reading the docs from mozilla site I didn't find a specific chart as to the flow of execution for extensions and their memory retainment.
If anybody could please provide this info, I'd be thankful.
Cheers!

It's perfectly possible to do this. Just calculate the amount of seconds until the time you want your code to execute, then use setTimeout. There's a margin of error of a few milliseconds. I guess that's not a problem?

If the milliseconds are a problem, you can use
