Web Templates? 50-70FRI$$$

Just wondering if anyone could make me a good looking web template, a Gaming looking one.

MUST have a Black background.
and should have plenty of room for a 152x152 logo.

I'd be willing to give out 50-70 FRI$

So if anyone could make me one, Oh and, make sure its exported/made/saved as a HTML file.
