How to connet to my SQL ??

Hi every body!
I want to connect and edit mySQL on a free host from my localhost (Ex. my database on Frihost). and I don't want to run myphpadmin and i want to use a software to connect to my SQL??
plz tell me which software can help me do that Problem???
and plz give me an intruction ! thanks so much

I had found one software SQLYog which can be used to connect to your db. I don't remember if its a freeware or a paid software. But I remembering reading about it and the features were pretty good.
