I knew that once banned it's almost impossible to get it lifted. But the members of my site have been asking me for an exact reason why site was down. Sorry to trouble you again.

I won't explain how you did that because this is public, but we're certain you knew what you where doing.
Also your posts where of a low quality, but that wouldn't have been a reason to ban you.

Thanks for your reply. You're right. I knew, but was not sure. I apologize for that I did so `cause I would not be allowed to come here, for an examination. Due the consideration that my site would have to be down some day, I did it irresponsibly. Sorry about that, though apology is of little use.
