I don't know the fisrt think about SQL and I was wondering how you would go about creating an SQL database with PHP insert and queries for a movie review?

Perhaps you should rather install a CMS (Content Management System) than create a database and PHP scripts from scratch.

Have you thought of using a wiki? Fantastico offers both TikiWiki and PhpWiki. TikiWiki is my favourite but either of these will setup and manage an SQL database for you when installed through Fantastico.

The beauty of a wiki is that any user can edit an article (so giving others a chance to add their thoughts to the films you review) but you can always go back and see what the article said before a later edit.

The mother of all wikis is http://wikipedia.org. If you've never seen it check it out. It's awesome!
