I just got the new Kelly Clarkson CD, and honestly, I really like it.... I was a bit let down by the last My December album, as it was a bit slow and timid.... however, this new CD has some awesome songs that are true pop and even some funk and punk--- so many catchy tunes on this album, it is defnitely worth a listen

I guarantee there is no punk on that album.
I tried listening to album samples of "My December" and there were no songs that I liked.
I'm glad Kelly went back to using other people's songs for this new album. I believe "My Life Would Suck Without You" was written by Katy Perry. Breakaway was by Avril Lavigne, and Miss Independent was by Christina Aguilera.
I can't really picture the other artists doing the songs right ... though I like all of them ... they are Kelly songs. She should feel fine about using other artists' songs. And take other people's advice to realize when her own (i.e. "My December") are not up to snuff.
