USB Conflict

Hi!

I am trying to read one of my USB stick in my computer but somehow

i cant get it visible in the explorer.It is in there somewhere i could

tell,depending on the icon at the bottom of the screen.

When i trying to put another stick all of a sudden i can read that one.

So how can i get the non visible to visible. Its not broken because i can read it

in other computers.

It seems to be some compatibility issue. Is the icon in the system tray normal as other USBs or some other icon stating some issue ?

It looks like there's a great chance that it's defected... What happens when you put the one you can't read, in another computer ? Does it show up correctly in that case ?
