I am walking daily 5Kms and play badminton for 1hour,
thinking to keep fit. i am 33 year old.
What all excercise do you take Daily?
I bike to school and back, 16 km total each day. Takes about 1.5 hours.
Do stepping machine,press ups and chin-ups.
I do quite a few different exercises.
I do not run everyday, but every other day. I run 2 miles every other day.
I also do multiple exercises on a daily basis. Push ups (with weights) Sit-ups (with weights). Dumbbell curls, reverse curls, lat pulls, Jammer (a machine called "Jammer", also known as hammer extencions".
There are quite a few more, but those are my main ones for upper and mid body workout.
Lately I'll i've been doing is weight lifting at the gym. I get some mild cardio from bicycling every once in a while. I'll should probably start running again soon.
