I have noticed that there are absolutely NO metal/heavy metal F.M. stations. I was wondering if there is anyway i can host F.M. from my PC?

It's not so simple, broadcasting an FM radio is illegal except if you pay for that wave length / time. 
The laws differ per countries, so you need to find out whats the case there. Many places a short ranged broadcast is still available and the equipment is not so expensive for that.
There are many hardware and software on the market for broadcasting, but I don't have personal experience with them...
