i prefer to use windows blinds, style xp, theme studio and cursor xp, and iconz xp as well to tweak my grafix setup of windows, otherwise i also use X-Setup which is a very good tool to modify and tweak many of windows internal options which are factually... uhm uhm NOT supposed to be modified! 
I prefer not to use branded tweakers as they do not have many options, private scripted tweakers are better at doing their job!
