I would like to ask if we get full control over a PHP.ini file?

And the number of MYSQL databases we get and the max size of them

You can control some settings yourself in a php.ini file, if I'm not mistaken.

There is no maximum number of mysql databases. The size is also not limited apart from the global 250MB limit (everything together) and of course an acceptable resource (cpu/memory) consumption.

you can change some settings that are set in php.ini. Those can be changed in a .htaccess file.

You have no control over the actual php.ini file, because you'd also change settings for other users if you could.

i saw my mysql database in phpmyadmin,the max size file of uploading only 5M, is it a limitation? can i enlarge it? how to do?
