No backups anymore?

Maybe about a hour ago I started to create a backup of my account. I choused full backup. It said that it is in progress and so on, now, when I am going back to the same place in cPanel, it gives me:

cPanel System Backup is not enabled on this machine. Some other type of backup system may be in place, however downloads cannot be fetched using this module.

What happened? Is there any other ways to do backups?

me also im experiencing the same problem..i really dont understand what is the problem...a week ago it's still running.. Confused

I have no idea why that message appears, but making a backup is still possible. Just ignore it. Taking a backup can take a while, but it will be made.

No problem creating my backup... No that message either...

Ok, I have seen this error few times more, but I keep looking back and then service is available. Maybe it happens sometimes when server is too busy or too many users are making backups simulatenusly?
Anyway, I got my backup, I am happy now!
